So my thing right now is Weight! We are planning to take our engagement photos soon, Like I am hoping to take them by June. So with that being said, I NEED to whip my butt in shape! =] I plan to turn these engagement photos into save the dates as well, and possibly use them as decorations at the wedding. So right now I am weighing in at about 152-154. Sigh. This is what college has done to me. I was once a mere 118, and I am setting my goal weight at 120. I doubt that is where I will be by June, but my goal is to just be in a much better place by the time we take our photos, and 120 will be my goal weight for the Wedding! =]
So now my plan is to start looking into diets. I honestly want to change my diet indefinitely. I don't want it to be a temporary change in eating habits until i reach my goal. I want it to be a complete lifestyle change. So I think I will start researching things that can be changed about my eating habits, and go from there! I am excited to start this journey. My Fiance is in line with me, he is eager to get back in shape as well. So here we go! First step. Today we will got walking, or jogging around the neighborhood just to get our feet wet and our hearts pumping. And today or tomorrow I will start researching healthy lifestyle choices!
